Because each Moore Memories product is custom-made, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on personalized or made-to-order items.
Our Promise
We lovingly handcraft every memory box with care and attention to detail. If there is ever an issue with your order, please reach out - we want to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our end (like a spelling mistake not caused by incorrect customer input), we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

Please double-check names, dates, and spellings before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds for errors submitted by the customer.
Lost of Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we'll do our best to help. However once it leaves our studio, we are not responsible for postal service delays or lost packages.
